Rethinking how mobile experiences are delivered.

A TypeScript Server-Driven UI SDK, a React/JSX templating system and backend-for-frontend APIs that let mobile teams compose screens from server-defined JSON.

Role
Built the SDK, templating system and API, and defined the SDK interfaces and extension patterns product teams build on.

Product / React Native / Mobile Architecture

An app for people who finish what they start.

An iOS app for running structured 7 to 90 day challenges across daily pillars like training, hydration, eating and reading, with three commitment levels and Apple Health integration.

Founder. I own the product direction, the architecture and the build, from the offline-first data layer to a custom native health module.

Agile Underwriting / AI Automation

Applied AI / AWS / Intelligent Workflows

From unstructured information to intelligent workflows.

An AI platform that reads broker emails, works out what a cyber insurance quote needs, and either submits a structured quote or hands the email to a person for review.

Role
Led the design and delivery, implemented the agentic email-processing loop, and defined the infrastructure as code with AWS CDK.
